Modern Recycled Books Art

UK-based artist Bronia Sawyer has forever found art to be an income by which she might control and influence her world and her environs. From an extremely young age is, Sawyer spoken herself from side to side her originality, later proverb, “For me originality and mind’s eye go hand in hand over.” Body Parts, Live Breath Art is a sequence of sculptures in which the artist took pages and pages of recycled books and transformed them keen on strengthening, abstract imitation of body part. The layer of repetitive shapes was enthused by Sawyer’s feelings that fine art is a piece of what makes her complete and something that runs from side to side her veins. Each sculpture represents a body part including a spine, a pelvis, and lungs. As an adult who has overcome a lot of obstacles by means of words and understanding, the artist choose to use pages as of books as a representation of her past struggle. Enjoy.
