It is solid to consider that these little girls are not genuine. French artist Laurence Ruet makes extremely realistic dolls by polymer clay. Information on the countenance and the limbs are painted with acrylic afterwards. There is no mold, which create each formation only one of its type and unique. All are independently wrought by hand in flexible polymer resin, and then fired up in a stove, like ceramics. There is no mold, so reproduction is not possible even Ruet herself cannot create an exact reproduction of some of her dolls. The face, arms and legs are tinted in acrylic, the eyes are glass, the hair is mohair or, in some example, real hair, and Ruet create all the clothing, trimmings and even the shoes herself. Here are 10+ weird but realistic doll pics. Tell me your favorite one by your comments. Enjoy.
